★★ (Directed by Steven Soderbergh)
Morals have never been so fabulous! Steven Soderbergh takes his unique brand of trite moralising disguised as entertainment to the world of gayness.
Not even a great cast acting their hearts out could make this less cringingly obvious – the penalty for enjoying life is death.
If you can stomach a bunch of straight guys hammering home a few of the most nasty, outdated and stupid gay stereotypes imaginable, then knock yourself out. But everything about this film just made me uncomfortable.
